I am interested in and inspired by various social phenomena in American cul- ture such as the loss of innocence, collective joy and celebratory acts. I cre- ate experiences and encourage interaction through interactive objects and in- stallations and/or collaborative performances. My current work concentrates on wearable works of art that act as props and characters for performance, video and photography projects. This cross-disciplined work is a pastiche of the fashion industry and other aspects of popular culture.
